These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by Bentonville Trailblazers through ChundR.

Program Name

Bentonville Trailblazers / ChundR Operational Messaging

Program Description

ChundR SMS messages are intended for authorized, opted-in staff, crew members, Team Leads, managers, and volunteers. Messages may include work-day reminders, meeting locations, schedule changes, trail work updates, assignment notifications, operational notices, and account-related information.

How Users Opt In

Users receive access to ChundR through an organization invitation or approved onboarding process. After signing in, a user may independently opt in to SMS through the ChundR communication preferences. SMS participation is voluntary.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment, volunteer participation, purchasing goods or services, or access to ChundR.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on operational needs, assignments, scheduling, and the user's role.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt Out

Reply STOP to any ChundR SMS message to unsubscribe. You may also change your SMS preference inside ChundR. After opting out, you will no longer receive ChundR SMS messages unless you later opt in again through an approved method.

Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact your Bentonville Trailblazers or ChundR administrator for support.

Supported Carriers and Delivery

Message delivery depends on mobile carrier networks, device availability, network conditions, and other factors outside Bentonville Trailblazers' control. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your information is handled according to the ChundR Privacy Policy.

Mobile information, phone numbers, SMS opt-in information, and consent records will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be an authorized ChundR user to participate in this messaging program. You agree not to misuse the messaging service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with message delivery, or use ChundR messaging for unlawful purposes.

Changes or Termination

Bentonville Trailblazers may modify, suspend, or discontinue the ChundR SMS program when operational, technical, legal, or carrier requirements change. These terms may also be updated from time to time.
