Bentonville Trailblazers uses ChundR to support trail operations, staff and volunteer coordination, field assignments, equipment management, issue reporting, work orders, inspections, and operational communications.
Information We Collect
Depending on how ChundR is used, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, organization role, account information, communication preferences, emergency contact information, work assignments, volunteer participation, and records you submit through ChundR.
Operational Information
ChundR may store operational records including projects, trails, work areas, work orders, inspections, issue reports, photographs, equipment usage, vehicle mileage, volunteer or Keeper hours, map locations, asset records, and related activity history.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate ChundR, coordinate work, communicate with authorized staff and volunteers, maintain safety and operational records, manage assignments and assets, support accountability, improve ChundR, and meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
SMS and Mobile Information
ChundR users may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages from Bentonville Trailblazers. Messages may include work-day reminders, meeting locations, schedule changes, assignment updates, trail work information, operational notices, and account notifications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Users may also change their SMS preference within ChundR.
SMS opt-in data and consent records will not be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional use.
Service Providers
We may use service providers to operate ChundR, including hosting, database, file storage, authentication, analytics, and communications providers. These providers may process information only as needed to provide services to Bentonville Trailblazers and ChundR.
Information Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate ChundR, protect users or the organization, comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or maintain security and integrity.
Data Security

Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, safety, audit, legal, and recordkeeping purposes. User access may be disabled when a person leaves the organization or no longer requires access.
Your Choices
You may update certain account and communication preferences through ChundR. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP or by changing your SMS preference in ChundR.
Children
ChundR is intended for authorized organizational users and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when ChundR, our practices, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are made.
